Terms of Service
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall is available only to those able to form legal binding contracts and is not available to minors.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to discontinue service at any time to any mall vendor.
- Handcrafted Jewelry Mall vendors agree to pay all fees listed on our website. That means all monthly fees and set-up fees. There may be additional fees, but only for custom optional fees that have been selected.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall vendors agree to only use assets such as artwork, page design, logos, technology etc. and do not own said assets.
- Every vendor that uploads photos, text and other original information owns that work. You can copy and use that information whenever and wherever you like. It's yours to do as you like and The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall makes no claim to it. However, all vendors in the mall grant The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall non-exclusive publishing and distribution rights to all photographs, text, logos, and artwork and further agree that they own or have the rights to such information.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall is a new service and as such you can expect minor technology problems and bugs. We are committed to correct and make better any problems with the mall with the utmost speed. However, The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall vendors agree to indemnify and hold The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. harmless against any loss due to failure, tech problems, or downtime.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. Reserves the right to remove any item, photo or text from out website without notice. The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. also reserves the right to remove any vendor for non-payment or any other reason without notice.
- If a customer complains directly to The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. about a vendor, we will investigate said complaint and request that the vendor resolve the complaint. If said complaint is not resolved in a timely manner The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. reserves the right to close that vendors shop until the complaint is resolved. We further reserve the right to close any shop that has two or more complaints for any reason. The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall also has the right to close any shop for dishonest or unprofessional business practices.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. acts as a format for sellers and buyers to conduct sales. We are neither involved nor responsible in the actual transaction between buyers and vendors. If a complaint or dispute arises you agree to release The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall from any damages, claims and demands resulting from said complaint. If you are a California resident you waive California Civil Code #1452 which says" A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have a materially affected his settlement with the debtor.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall Inc. is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements made by its vendors.
