Store Requirements
- Registration, with your full name and other contact information, is required for participation. This information is personal and private and is never sold or rented.
- You must agree to our site wide return policy-"Satisfaction Guaranteed---If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or receive a refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase."
- Each item entered into the mall must have a good photo and complete description and price of item.
- There are no minimum price or maximum price rules. It is your shop and you price your items accordingly. If you would like a complete price evaluation of all your items, you may request it. There is a small charge for these services; please inquire.
- There is no minimum or maximum number of items kept in your shop although it is highly recommended that you have at least 15 items in your shop.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall is for handcrafted jewelry items only. No mass manufactured or machine made products will be allowed. Jewelry products do not have to be made by the artists owning the shop but all items are subject to review from time to time and any item that seems to be machine made must be removed. We reserve the right to evaluate and determine what is handcrafted and what is not.
- Your account needs to be up to date and paid at all times.
- Your jewelry shop must not have any complaints lodged against it. All complaints must be resolved to resume selling.
- All items shown in your shop must be available for sale and ready to ship or at least made in a reasonable length of time. Items displayed and not ready for sale will only hurt all craftsman at the mall so please be courteous and be prepared to fulfill the items sold.
- The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall is only for finished jewelry. We do not allow unfinished goods, any type of jewelry making supplies, books, or videos. However you may link to any website that you desire in you favorite links section. These may be supply companies or whatever you desire.
- Links to external sites are not allowed anywhere except in the "Links" section of your store. It will drive down sales and send traffic away from you and other mall members.
- The monthly suscription fee is prepaid and will automatically be widthdrawn at the beginning of each month. If you close your store before the end of the prepaid period, you will not be eligable for a partial (prorated) refund.
- We want The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall to be an enjoyable shopping experience. If you only want a shop to send traffic to another website and promote this other site thru your mall location. We would prefer you not set up and you may be asked to leave. So, if there is any question about this please contact us before you spend time building your site. We do this so all vendors may enjoy the website traffic produced by The Handcrafted Jewelry Mall.
- If there is a question about what you can sell and what you cannot, please let us know before you build your shop.
