Description
"Saphire Wedding" Is a one of a kind Italian shell heart cameo with the image of a young woman on it with great detail and color. The heart is rare in cameos and they don't carve them that much anymore. This cameo is encrusted with 80 small saphire gemstones all around. It is a pendant that woule be perfect for any bride that want's something speical on her wedding day. Created one wire at a time in 14kt rolled gold jewelers wire.
